BBQ / Alfresco Area

The BBQ / Alfresco area is an outside facility connected to the bar & adjacent to our synthetic bowling green.

• Large gas hot plate BBQ
• Dish washing facilities
• Stainless steel benches
• Overhead lighting / exhaust hood
• Outside shaded seating & tables
• BYO food if preferred. (No BYO alcohol permitted)

Commercial Kitchen

• Hot Plate, double-basket deep fryers, six-burner cooker with four-tray oven, salamander, steam turbo oven
• Fruit & vegetable prep area, commercial dishwasher, microwaves, refrigerators, urms, stainless steel work benches
• Crockery and cutlery for up to 200 diners, hand washing facilities, walk-in cool room, pantry, commercial fridges & freezers

Function Hire & Liquor Licensing

• Fully licensed bar in the function area (hours until midnight unless a special license is granted)
• Use of bar facilities outside normal hours: $xxhour for bartender services
• Flexible hire rates for weekdays, weekends, weddings, wakes (see office for latest pricing)
